Lead Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer - (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Technical Lead/SME for the Facets Voucher application team, guiding requirement analysis, design, development, and implementation
• Identify gaps in requirements, lead risk evaluation, and implement performance improvements for software solutions
• Support project management by estimating technical costs, conferring with clients, and leading software design and development teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• 8 years of experience in software design and development, software test and evaluation, and software requirements management
• Preferred: 15+ years of experience, including 8+ years on Trizetto Facets platform
• Hands-on experience with cloud technologies and database technologies
• Licenses/Certifications: SAFe Practitioner or SAFe Agilist
