Lead Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer to join their growing engineering team in a fully remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on development by contributing production-ready code using C# .NET, Angular, and cloud-native practices
• Mentor team members in testing practices and conduct code reviews to foster a culture of quality
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define priorities and ensure timely delivery of projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
• 9+ years of software development experience, including 5+ years in team leadership or senior mentoring roles
• Strong focus on full-stack C# .NET web applications and familiarity with SaaS architecture
• Experience with Azure Services, Docker, Kubernetes, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Proven expertise in testing strategies and debugging across distributed systems
