Lead Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer to drive customer-focused prototyping and full-stack software development of digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leads to define customer challenges and shape MVP solutions
• Rapidly prototype and iterate on digital products using React and Python
• Lead full-stack feature development, including cloud infrastructure using Azure and Terraform

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in software development (MS 8+ or PhD 6+)
• Full-stack development experience with React, Python, and/or Java
• Cloud deployment experience with Azure; AWS is a plus
• Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code with Terraform
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
