Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer - Application Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain web/mobile applications and custom integrations
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and architects to translate requirements into technical deliverables
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers while ensuring code quality through reviews and best practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, or relevant experience
- 4+ years of experience leading a team of software engineers
- 4+ years of full stack development experience
- 5+ years of experience creating and delivering custom web and mobile applications
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and CI/CD pipelines
