Lead Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer - Fleet Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture and implementation of Go-based edge services for real-time fall detection systems
• Own the OTA pipeline, ensuring safe and scalable deployment of software to over 60K devices
• Drive improvements in observability, monitoring, and production readiness of the fleet

Required Qualifications:

• Deep professional experience with Go (Golang) in production systems
• Experience with device orchestration, edge software, or large-scale system deployment
• Comfort with Linux-based systems and strong debugging practices
• Prior experience in IoT, embedded, or hardware-software interfacing
• Familiarity with OTA upgrade pipelines and CI/CD tooling for device fleets
