Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer (RCM).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of shared ML/AI services for revenue cycle management (RCM)
• Develop and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines with a focus on scalability and cost efficiency
• Collaborate with various teams to translate business problems into ML/AI solutions and prioritize high-ROI use cases

Required Qualifications and Education

• 5+ years of professional experience in building and shipping ML/AI or data-intensive systems
• Hands-on experience with AWS AI/ML services and MLOps practices
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, embeddings, and semantic search
• Proficiency in Python and modern ML/DL frameworks
• Experience in regulated or privacy-sensitive environments, such as healthcare or fintech
