Lead Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer to shape and execute its AI vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Interface with team members and stakeholders to provide context and technical guidance
• Collaboratively contribute to high-level designs and ensure strategic alignment
• Serve as lead engineer for major initiatives, developing and implementing low-level designs

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of coding experience in one or more server-side languages (Python, GoLang, Scala, etc)
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred
• Strong understanding of front-end frameworks/languages (React, TypeScript, JavaScript, etc)
• Experience with AI technologies, including LLMs and GenAI
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and modern MLOps practices
