Lead Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer to shape and execute its AI vision while collaborating with various teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Interface with team members and stakeholders to provide technical guidance and direction
• Contribute to high-level designs and ensure strategic alignment with key leaders
• Lead engineering initiatives, developing and implementing low-level designs across teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of coding experience in server-side languages (e.g., Python, GoLang, Scala)
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred
• Strong understanding of front-end frameworks/languages (e.g., React, TypeScript)
• Experience with AI technologies, consumer-facing products, and data pipelines
• Hands-on technical leadership experience with cross-functional teams
