Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the software engineering team, ensuring alignment with product goals
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of .NET microservices using TDD and Continuous Integration practices
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering their technical growth and promoting a collaborative team environment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Minimum of 8 years of professional software development experience
• Strong experience in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)
• Proven experience leading the delivery of complex software solutions in an agile environment
• Solid understanding of CI/CD tools and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
