Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer - Workday.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration design and delivery of Workday integrations
• Oversee integration lifecycle management and ensure data accuracy across integrations
• Develop and maintain integration playbooks and serve as a trusted advisor on best practices

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday integration experience
• Strong understanding of Workday data model and business processes
• 4+ years of experience with complex reports and business process design
• Proficient in XML, XSLT, JSON, XSD, and integration debugging techniques
• Experience leading technical design workshops and managing integration cutover activities
