Lead Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Influence architecture and design decisions across multiple teams
• Own and evolve critical platform areas including onboarding, developer tooling, and user management
• Mentor engineers and drive consistency across systems and experiences

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience developing complex software applications with demonstrated Staff-level impact
• Advanced experience with .NET Framework/C# and/or PHP, and strong OOP and architecture skills
• Proven experience designing and operating cloud-based solutions on AWS
• Strong security knowledge and understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies
