Lead Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define architecture and design patterns for Identity Platform solutions
• Provide technical vision and engineering leadership for identity management
• Integrate AI and ML capabilities into identity workflows and develop machine learning models

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of hands-on technical experience in secure enterprise implementations using cloud technologies
• 6+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management and Information Security
• 6+ years of experience with identity protocols (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML)
• Hands-on working experience with IAM products like SailPoint, ForgeRock, or Okta
• Knowledge of security data platforms and familiarity with ML frameworks
