Lead Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java Springboot and build dynamic user interfaces with React/Next.js
• Implement and optimize solutions on Azure and set up CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 9+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in a lead developer role
• Strong expertise in Java Springboot, React/Next.js, and RESTful APIs
• Proven experience deploying and managing applications in Azure
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and CI/CD pipelines
