Lead Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer to design and maintain applications while enhancing security and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications, ensuring performance monitoring and vulnerability assessments
• Collaborate with development teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and lead cloud migration initiatives
• Automate and optimize the software development lifecycle using AI tools and implement AIOps for enhanced observability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science Engineering
• 8+ years of overall IT experience with a focus on security-oriented DevOps
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD technologies and cloud platforms
• Proficient in Java development and familiar with databases, SQL programming, and streaming solutions
• Knowledge of AI tools and popular scripting/programming languages such as Python and Shell Scripting
