Lead Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer, CRM & MarTech.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, decision-making, and project execution with marketing stakeholders and cross-functional partners
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews to foster team growth
• Plan, build, and maintain software features while ensuring system stability

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer
• 1+ years of experience in technical leadership, driving technical decisions and project goals
• Hands-on experience with resilient microservice architectures (e.g., Ruby on Rails, Postgres, Kafka, React, AWS)
• Experience working in a Marketing Technology stack (CRM, CDP, email, SMS, etc.)
• Familiarity with AWS services and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation)
