Lead Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer - Rails.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and empower a team through coaching, feedback, and performance reviews

• Champion AI coding tools and drive product improvements through daily usage

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-stack/systems development experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, and TypeScript ecosystems
• Experience designing and scaling REST/GraphQL APIs
• Understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, etc.)
• Proven ability to optimize backend performance and database design
