Lead Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer to manage development and support for the Claims Accumulator Hub team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers while fostering a collaborative culture
• Develop project plans and oversee engineering activities from design through deployment and continuous improvement
• Drive Agile practices and manage incident response, ensuring system reliability and performance enhancements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in SDLC, SRE, DevOps, or related engineering domains
• 3+ years of experience leading engineering or operations teams
• Hands-on experience with observability solutions and AI/GenAI capabilities
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools and public cloud platforms, preferably Azure
