Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer with a focus on AI integration and development.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement AI solutions to enhance the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Build and maintain Java-based microservices, APIs, and React user interfaces
Develop AI agents for customer product discovery and optimize AI/ML capabilities

Required Qualifications

5+ years of full-stack development experience (Java, Python, React)
2-4 years of experience with AI Agentic systems, LLMs, and RAG architecture
Proficiency in Azure or AWS, Kubernetes, and Databricks
Experience with Spark, Kafka, SQL/NoSQL databases, and API gateways
Familiarity with AI coding tools like GitHub Copilot or Claude Code
