Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design and development of complex backend systems using Elixir on GCP infrastructure
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers while ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines and implement monitoring solutions for application health

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years of software development experience, primarily focused on Elixir and functional programming
• Proven experience in designing scalable backend systems and addressing complex technical challenges
• Solid experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or AWS and proficiency in cloud architecture
• Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and managing containerization technologies
