Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Own and improve the performance of the Workforce Management platform, focusing on API latency and cost efficiency
• Lead initiatives to modernize legacy systems and address performance bottlenecks
• Define and manage performance initiatives from discovery to delivery, collaborating across teams

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software development experience, including production systems at scale
• Hands-on experience in multiple Workforce Management domains such as Scheduling and Timesheets
• Proven experience in performance optimization across complex systems
• Strong backend engineering skills, with experience in PHP and Go preferred
• Experience with legacy systems and executing migrations to modern platforms
