Lead Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer to provide technical leadership on payment system architecture and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of payment system components, ensuring scalability and compliance
• Implement payment gateway integrations using domain-driven design and reactive programming
• Provide technical mentorship and drive architectural decisions through collaboration and reviews

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with at least 7 years of software development experience
• Minimum of 5 years developing payment systems or highly regulated software
• Strong expertise in Java and complex backend service design
• Deep understanding of domain-driven design principles and PCI DSS compliance
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments, preferably using the SAFe methodology
