Lead Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer / Tech Lead, Growth (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver protocol-level A/B experiments on signup flows, checkout, plan pricing, and product recommendations
• Ship full-stack features across the acquisition funnel in Rails and React
• Coach and develop the engineering team through regular 1:1s, pair programming, and code reviews

Required Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of 4-8 engineers
• Proven track record of shipping and measuring growth experiments in a subscription product
• Proficient in Ruby on Rails and React, with the ability to write production code
• Ability to design experiments and select appropriate metrics
• Familiarity with event-sourced systems or similar architectural patterns
