Lead Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical design for features and ensure delivery meets quality standards
• Build software using .NET and/or Python, contributing to critical services and applications
• Mentor engineers and guide best practices in testing, performance, and operational readiness

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience
• 5+ years of development experience with .NET, JavaScript, and/or Python
• 4+ years of experience in a specialty area such as Backend/API Engineering or Data Engineering
• 3+ years of experience with relational databases (SQL) and public cloud environments (Azure preferred)
• 2+ years of demonstrated ability to lead technical design and influence engineering decisions
