Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team to analyze business requirements and ensure timely project delivery within a Lean Software Development framework
Oversee the design, development, and implementation of new services and features, ensuring high standards of code quality
Collaborate with Product Owners and Architects to align solutions with organizational objectives and manage the full software development life cycle

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Seven years of experience in a related position, such as Principal Software Engineer or Senior Lead Software Engineer
Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, and HTML
Experience with .Net Framework, Cloud Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, and Agile project management platforms
Familiarity with Agile frameworks and software development life cycle methodologies
