Lead Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer to define technical direction and architect scalable systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with product and leadership to translate business needs into scalable systems
• Design and deliver end-to-end solutions from concept through production
• Establish and enforce best practices for coding standards, testing, and documentation

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and launching production systems with backend and frontend expertise
• Experience with C# .NET, SQL (PostgreSQL or SQL Server), and Python for backend development
• Proficiency in React or Next.js for frontend development
• Experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or similar) and distributed systems
• Passion for mentoring engineers and driving technical excellence
