Lead Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain application modules that enhance productivity and information sharing.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of applications to improve business workflows in the architecture, engineering, and construction sectors
• Write and perform unit and functional tests to identify and resolve issues with internal applications
• Deliver technical proposals for process improvements, including cost-saving estimates and recommendations for new or existing services

Required Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of expertise in object-oriented Python development (FastAPI preferred)
• 3-5+ years of experience in front-end JavaScript/TypeScript development (React preferred)
• Proficient in SQL and relational databases, with knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server being a plus
• Able to understand software internals without access to source code
• Bachelor's degree or AA in Computer Science, Software Engineering/Development, or a related discipline preferred
