Lead Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer / Tech Lead Manager, Growth (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver protocol-level A/B experiments on signup flows, checkout, and product recommendations
• Ship full-stack features across the acquisition funnel using Rails and React
• Coach and develop the engineering team through regular 1:1s and code reviews

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of 4-8 engineers
• Proven track record in shipping and measuring growth experiments in a subscription product
• Proficient in Ruby on Rails and React, with a strong preference for these technologies
• Ability to design experiments and analyze metrics effectively
• Familiarity with event-sourced systems or similar architectural patterns
