Lead Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer / Tech Lead Manager, Growth (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver protocol-level A/B experiments on signup flows, checkout, plan pricing, and product recommendations
• Ship full-stack features across the acquisition funnel in Rails and React
• Coach and develop the engineering team through regular 1:1s, pair programming, and code reviews

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of 4-8 engineers with a focus on growth experiments in subscription products
• Proficiency in production Ruby on Rails and React code, with experience in Javascript (Node) or Python also acceptable
• Ability to design experiments, select metrics, and explain trade-offs effectively
• Familiarity with event-sourced systems and the use of AI coding tools in development workflows
• Experience with healthcare, wellness, or regulated subscription commerce is preferred
