Lead Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer to design and maintain applications while ensuring cloud security and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications, ensuring performance monitoring and vulnerability assessments
• Lead cloud migration initiatives and implement disaster recovery strategies for business continuity
• Collaborate with development teams to enable CI/CD pipelines and automate the software development lifecycle using AI tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science Engineering
• 8+ years of overall IT experience with a focus on security-focused DevOps
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD technologies and cloud platforms
• Proven experience in developing software components in Java and working with databases and SQL programming
• Knowledge of AI tools and proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and Shell Scripting
