• Develop mobile apps, web applications, and APIs to enhance accessibility and engagement of health benefits for members
• Integrate third-party vendors and health tech innovations to expand platform functionality and improve member services

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience writing production code across the stack
• Experience with technologies such as React, React Native, Typescript, Python, and AWS
• Ability to design, build, and ship features end-to-end
• Experience in building collaborative engineering cultures through mentorship and teamwork
• Familiarity with machine learning models or automation in the healthcare space is a plus
