Lead Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of complex software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design and full-lifecycle development of complex software features and systems
• Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define integration points and deliver cohesive end-to-end solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred
• 5 - 10 years of professional software engineering experience with demonstrated lead-level contributions
• 5+ years of experience leading software projects or teams in a product-focused environment
• 3+ years of experience working in cross-functional Agile teams delivering commercial hardware/software products
• Proficiency in object-oriented and/or functional programming, with .NET preferred
