Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer to lead a remote-first team of full-stack software engineers in a complex enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team in the delivery of complex software systems and perform hands-on application programming
Architect, design, and build distributed systems using AWS components and define architectural standards
Oversee project execution, manage timelines and risks, and mentor developers on the team

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience as a tech lead
3+ years of experience as a senior software engineer
7+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years with TypeScript and Node.js
Strong experience developing and supporting systems in AWS and working knowledge of frontend JavaScript frameworks
Experience building and improving CI/CD pipelines and full application stack development
