Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning, delivery, and improvement of contact center technology solutions
- Design and configure voice and messaging channel experiences
- Develop Dataverse solutions and maintain Power Automate cloud flows and Power Apps
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related analytical field or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- 5+ years of hands-on development experience with the Microsoft Power Platform
- 3+ years of experience in Power Automate with demonstrated experience in cloud flows
