Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development experience
• Proven experience leading the delivery of complex software solutions in an agile environment
• Strong proficiency in one or more relevant programming languages (.NET and C#)
• 1+ years of experience in leading and coaching developers in a team setting
