Lead Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer (TechOps/Kubernetes).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement backend systems and internal tools for Kubernetes integration
• Contribute to backend architectures and collaborate on architectural decisions
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and participate in Agile development processes

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience as a backend or platform software engineer
• Previous experience as a Kubernetes Administrator or Power User
• Proficiency in at least one of Go, Rust, or Python
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform
• Understanding of observability and monitoring principles
