Job Summary

Lead Software Engineer, supporting the CQA and Customer Care business areas, is a full-time position that involves providing technical leadership and hands-on engineering expertise to deliver secure and scalable enterprise platforms and integrations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, testing, implementation, and support of complex enterprise technology solutions
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance across multiple teams, ensuring compliance with architectural standards and security policies
  • Serve as a technical expert for assigned systems, resolving complex technical issues and mentoring software engineers
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of experience in delivering scalable enterprise technology solutions
  • 2+ years of experience in developing enterprise applications using C# (.NET) and modern UI frameworks
  • 4+ years of experience supporting production systems and participating in operational support activities
  • 2+ years of experience working within Agile and Scrum development environments
