Lead Software Engineer

Job Summary

Lead Software Engineer, responsible for leading the design and development of enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions with a focus on Finance Workflows, is a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end ServiceNow implementation across CSM and Finance Enterprise Service Workflows
• Design scalable solutions aligned with ServiceNow best practices and lead technical design reviews
• Architect Finance-specific workflows and integrate with ERP and financial systems

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall IT experience
• 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and architecture experience
• Proven experience leading complex, enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations
• Strong understanding of service management, business workflows, and enterprise systems
• Advanced ServiceNow scripting skills and expertise in UI Builder and Next Experience
