Lead Software Engineer

Job Summary

Lead Software Engineer, responsible for leading the design and development of enterprise-grade AI solutions and MCP servers, working full-time in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the adoption of ServiceNow and AWS-native AI capabilities
• Design and architect production-ready MCP servers with integrated authentication and RBAC
• Conduct technical design reviews and transfer knowledge to the platform team

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of production experience in Python using async frameworks like FastAPI or Starlette
• Deep knowledge of AWS infrastructure, including IAM role chaining and VPC networking
• Hands-on experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and AWS Bedrock AgentCore
• 6+ years of hands-on architecture and development experience
• Proven history of integrating complex REST APIs such as Workday or Salesforce
