Lead Software Engineer

Job Summary

Lead Software Engineer, responsible for leading a team in the design, development, and implementation of applications in a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead software engineers in technical design, coding, code review, and testing of applications
• Identify and address gaps in requirements while evaluating risks and opportunities in projects
• Support project management by estimating technical costs and conferring with clients on system requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience
• 8 years of experience in software design, development, and requirements management
• Strong knowledge of healthcare domain and ITS claims processing
• Deep understanding of API/Microservices and Facets integration components
• Experience with cloud technologies and software engineering best practices
