Job Summary

Leading multiple engineering teams, the full-time Lead Software Engineer will ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S., focusing on system architecture, mentorship, and AI integration.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions
• Guide and mentor engineers, fostering technical growth and best practices
• Design and implement GenAI-powered workflows and develop backend services using Golang

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• 2+ years of technical leadership experience
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and observability tools
• Solid programming skills in Go, Java, Python, and/or React
