Lead Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support the design and implementation of integrations and backend systems, the remote Lead Software Engineer will develop scalable solutions for procurement workflows, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and support backend integrations for procurement workflows
• Develop scalable and maintainable integration solutions between internal enterprise systems and Zip
• Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements through automation

Required qualifications

• Strong experience in backend engineering and enterprise systems integration
• Proven experience with integrations for procurement or workflow platforms such as Zip, Coupa, or SAP
• Experience working with APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures
• Strong understanding of procure-to-pay (P2P) and procurement workflows
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
