Leading software development activities, the full-time Lead Software Engineer will manage teams to deliver high-quality software products, develop implementation plans, and coordinate with stakeholders, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage software development teams to ensure timely delivery of software products
• Develop and implement software development plans, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and monitor project progress

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development or a related field
• Experience in leading software development teams and managing projects preferred
• Proficiency in Power Apps, React (frontend), and Dataverse (backend)
• Agile methodology experience
