Lead Software Engineer

Job Summary

Collaborating with senior engineers and architects, the full-time Lead Software Engineer I will design and deliver high-quality software solutions while enhancing engineering practices in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver reliable, high-quality software iteratively and incrementally
• Build and enhance distributed, cloud-native solutions in AWS while ensuring adherence to best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver aligned solutions and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong backend development experience with Java and Python
• Solid understanding of SQL, data modeling, and query optimization
• Working knowledge of AWS cloud architecture and services
• Experience with modern databases and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Docker
