Lead Software Engineer

Job Summary

Leading a development team in a full-time remote capacity, the AI-First Lead Software Engineer will focus on high-level design and architectural decisions while utilizing advanced AI tools to minimize manual coding and enhance software creation processes.

Key responsibilities

• Drive high-level design and make critical architectural decisions while guiding AI tools for software implementation
• Conduct design reviews and mentor team members on coding standards and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute development work effectively

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in developing web applications using C#, .NET, SQL, and cloud technologies
• Strong expertise with coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex
• Proficiency in Angular, HTML5, and JavaScript
• Experience with AWS, Terraform, and PostgreSQL is highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
