Job Summary

Seeking a Lead Software Engineer in a full-time hybrid role, the candidate will own the technical integrity of the stack, lead architectural stewardship, and drive SDLC transformation while utilizing AI-assisted development tools to enhance team efficiency and code quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design systems using S.O.L.I.D. principles for long-term maintainability and extensibility
• Lead the integration of AI tools into the development workflow to maximize efficiency and code quality
• Audit and transform development processes, defining quality standards from automated testing to code reviews

Required Qualifications:

• Deep expertise in JavaScript (Node.js), MongoDB, and Angular
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Copilots and LLMs
• Understanding of modern data platforms and their impact on application design
• Proven leadership skills with a focus on maintaining codebase health
