Job Summary

Seeking a Lead Software Engineer with expertise in Optical Character Recognition (OCR), Machine Learning (ML), and .NET, the contract position offers a remote opportunity to deliver innovative solutions, mentor team members, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on mentorship and review for team members while coordinating with stakeholders to meet project timelines

Required qualifications

• Experience with Optical Character Recognition (OCR) for document digitization and data extraction
• Proficiency in Intelligent Document Processing
• Experience with .NET and/or Microsoft stack development tools
• Familiarity with Dev/Sec/Ops principles and CI/CD tools, including Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Expert knowledge of Python/SQL and AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow and PyTorch
