Lead Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support the Avery Voice team, the full-time Lead Software Engineer will design, develop, and deploy AI-powered voice solutions, utilizing Large Language Models and cloud-based services while working remotely from anywhere within the U.S.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered voice solutions to address complex business challenges
• Integrate and fine-tune Large Language Models to enhance voice bot capabilities
• Architect and maintain scalable cloud-based services and APIs for real-time voice interactions

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of programming and software development life-cycle experience
• 3+ years of experience in web service API development
• 3+ years of experience with Python development
• 2+ years of experience optimizing and evaluating production-level LLMs
