Lead Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support the company's AI strategy, the remote Lead Software Engineer will design and maintain backend services and APIs for GenAI products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable and reliable infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python and FastAPI for GenAI applications
• Develop and manage infrastructure using Terraform and implement infrastructure-as-code practices
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, optimizing for performance, scalability, and reliability

Required qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in backend-centric software development
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field
• Proficiency in Python and experience with libraries such as Pandas and Langchain
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP for model training and deployment
• Expertise in CI/CD tools and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform
