Lead Software Engineer

Job Summary

Providing technical leadership and hands-on engineering expertise, the full-time Lead Software Engineer will support the Enterprise Items business area by designing, building, and maintaining secure and scalable enterprise platforms and integrations in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the technical design, development, testing, implementation, and support of complex enterprise-scale technology solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with architectural standards, security policies, and compliance requirements
• Serve as a subject matter expert, guiding technical direction and resolving complex technical issues across multiple platforms

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related analytical field or equivalent experience
• 9+ years of software engineering experience
• 7+ years of experience in analyzing business problems and translating requirements into technology solutions
• 7+ years of experience supporting and developing enterprise applications in a multi-platform distributed environment
• 7+ years of experience with .NET framework, C#, SQL, and ASP.NET
