Lead Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support the Commerce Ordering team, the full-time Lead Software Engineer will elicit requirements, collaborate with architects and technical leads on technology solutions, and mentor the engineering team in a flexible hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements for new functionalities and application enhancements
• Lead technical design for complex technology solutions and monitor application workloads deployed to Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
• Participate in cross-functional project teams to provide expert-level development and technical support while conducting knowledge transfers and code reviews

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management information systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of IT experience delivering enterprise applications, with a proven track record in leading complex, cross-team initiatives
• 5+ years of expert-level proficiency in .NET and C#, including ASP.NET Core and Web API
• 5+ years of experience designing and building microservices and RESTful APIs
• 1+ years of experience monitoring and troubleshooting application workloads in Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
